“As a queer, disabled, neurodivergent writer, I've been working with Amaya for a long time because of her commitment to accessibility and education. She was one of the first people who pushed me into my path as a creative. When I first started working with Amaya, I was trying to fit myself into labels and expectations other people had for myself–and she pointed out that my creative output of processing these complex feelings through writing was one of my most consistent practices. Her encouragement over the years has been crucial to my creative and spiritual development. Being able to stay true to my passions is what fuels my work!
